So seeing that I'm 23 years old; I did not watch the Teen Choice awards. I did however peruse the outfits posts. Thumbs down given to Kim Kardashian's new blond hair (does she look like Tila Tequila to you or just me?) and Britney's super tiny dress that just makes her look like a desperate old lady.
